Professional Services Manager

A Professional Services Manager is required for a professional company, in the IT education sector based remotely between Swindon and Bristol. A salary of up to £60,000 is offered, depending on experience.
You will visit consultants at various client sites. You will be accountable for executing a regular checkpoint process, understanding their developmental points and supporting consultants. You will provide excellent pastoral care towards the junior consultants.
This role will suit someone with a professional background in a senior role, a high emotional and commercial intelligence and excellent people management skills.
You will be working closely with clients in the Financial Services sector, so knowledge and experience in this field would be ideal. Experience building a relationship with clients is also imperative.

The Professional Services Manager will ideally have the following experience:
- Experience directly managing people - not through HR
- You must be educated to a degree level or higher
- Excellent skills in building client relationships
- A high level of people management skills
Bristol and Swindon
Must be able to travel around these areas, working remotely.
